Way Too Close For Comfort

This just happened: Nepal Blizzard Claims Lives of at Least 21 Trekkers. My thoughts go out to everyone affected by this tragedy.

I’m in Kathmandu now. I’m scheduled to hit the trail on the Everest Base Camp trek in two days and then the Annapurna Circuit, where most of these people died, in early November. It’s going to take some time to process this one.
